The service

Recolvex helps your team organise and follow up money owed to you: it ranks overdue invoices, drafts factual reminders, records payment promises and suggests payment matches. It is provided as an early-stage service, without any guarantee of availability, and features may change.

You stay in control

• Nothing is sent, matched or filed without your confirmation, and you are responsible for what you send.
• Check suggestions (priorities, payment matches, extracted invoice values) before relying on them.
• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us about any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for your own business's receivables.
• Do not use it to threaten, harass or mislead anyone. Follow applicable rules on contacting customers and collecting debts.
• Only add customer information you are allowed to hold and use.

Not legal or financial advice

Recolvex does not give legal, tax or financial advice and cannot guarantee that any invoice will be paid. Formal recovery steps are decisions for you and your professional advisers.

Your data

You own the business records you add. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by information you entered or messages you chose to send.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
