Privacy policy

This policy explains what Recolvex (operated by Recolvex) stores, why, where, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. Questions: recolvex1@gmail.com.

What we store

• Your account: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• The business records you add: customers and their contact details, invoices, payments, payment promises, messages and notes, and documents you upload.
• Security records: sign-in times and IP addresses, and an audit log of changes.

Why we use it

Only to run your receivables workspace for you: to show your recovery queue, draft and send the reminders you approve, match payments, and keep your records safe. We do not sell data, show ads or use analytics or tracking cookies.

Your customers' information

When you add information about your own customers, you decide what is added and why; we process it on your behalf. Please make sure you are allowed to contact them and to store their details.

Emails and WhatsApp messages

Emails you choose to send go out from the Gmail account connected by the workspace administrator. WhatsApp messages are opened in your own WhatsApp and are only sent when you press Send there.

Where the data is kept

The service uses these providers: Cloudflare (web pages), Render or Microsoft Azure (application server), Neon (database, Singapore), Backblaze (document storage and encrypted backups) and Google (Gmail, only for emails you send). Data may therefore be processed outside India. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace is active. Encrypted backups are kept for a limited time (normally up to 30 days) and then deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and raise a grievance. Write to recolvex1@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Cookies

Only two essential cookies: one keeps you signed in and one protects your forms against misuse. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell active users about important changes.
